In case you were wondering, this is what I wore on Saturday..
Sorry for not posting for a while...last weekend I was a bit zombi-fied after my first week of work and I ended up not doing anything. This weekend, I was feeling a million times better and David and I went out exploring (I also needed to take some photos for my last photography class on Wednesday) at Vaucluse house on Saturday and Carisbrook house on Sunday.
I ended up taking so many photos for my last class that narrowing them down is looking like a bit of a daunting task and we're only allowed to show 12-30 images!.
We also kissed day light savings goodbye on Sunday, and while it made getting up much easier this morning, the afternoons are so much darker. Winter is certainly on its way...
I hope you all had great weekends!

Congrats on your new job! Are you still based in the City? (tho it doesn't sound like it!)
ReplyDeleteLove that dress on you!
ReplyDeleteOh and daylight savings being over is depressing.
I love the way the border print is used in the bodice! Such pretty pinks and florals. Hope your able to choose the perfect pictures for your last presentation at class! Good luck ; )
ReplyDeleteI always find the daylight savings transitions tough for at least a week or so.
ReplyDeleteAdorable dress!
LOVE this dress! You look stunning!

Your dress is so pretty. You look so ladylike in this. It seems so strange that you're heading into winter as we have just changed the clocks forward and head towards summer. It will be interesting to watch you dress for colder times.
ReplyDeleteIt's crazy that you are going into winter where you live, while winter is trying to leave where I am! haha, I guess we switched. ;]

I have been such a bad, bad commenter lately--I am so sorry! But I wanted to pop in and say "hello!" and let you know that I have been reading your blog faithfully. ;) Your dress is lovely--and you look so pretty and serene. I just love the cheerful floral print!
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a lovely week, Jen!

Glad to hear that things are going well :) I know I say this almost everytime I comment, but I love your dresses, you have the cutest wardrobe ever. This one is so gorgeous. Are all the dresses you wear vintage?
ReplyDeleteYou're most gorgeous, and oh, those colours are so delicate and spring-like.. Even though it's winter coming for you. :D
ReplyDeleteThis dress is beautiful! Hope you are having a good week.
ReplyDeleteI love the 50's referencing you have going on there...I always try to wear skirts that length, but let's be honest, I'm far too short..hah.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous dress! We are just starting to get lighter evenings and warmer weather. I can't wait to be able to wear sin dresses every day!
