Me Made May 14 - Week Two Round Up & A New Sponsor

Saturday, May 10, 2014
A tad late to the round up par-tay today, but here it is, this week's Me Made May '14 outfit round up. If you feel like following along on Instagram, I'm posting my me mades daily over there.

3rd May

A sunny Saturday spent gardening (hence the gumboots!).

4th May

Comfy Sunday's call for comfy clothes.

5th May

A sneaky teeny tiny peak of the next pattern on my dress form. She's called Bronte and is a vintage take on the modern, comfy, staple knit tee.

6th May

Fluffy accessory courtesy of Monty-moo.

 7th May

Cold today!
Wearing - 50's dress pattern with modifications and my Navy Miette.

8th May

Cold and rainy today!

I also just wanted to give a warm welcome to my second sponsor, Penny from Dresses & Me.

Penny is the only New Zealand based purveyor of fine Independent Patterns. She has an amazing selection including By Hand London, Sewaholic and Colette Patterns to name but a few.

Being based in New Zealand myself, I'm so happy to be able to connect with other creative ladies like Penny, to share and celebrate such awesome local businesses.

If you have any questions about any of the patterns Penny stocks, flick her an email and she'll be glad to help. You can also find Penny on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram.

  1. I've been following your blog for a while and really love your style. You inspired me to make a circle skirt! (Yet to finish and blog it though! ). I love the silhouettes and colours you choose. Hopefully one day my me-made wardrobe resembles yours heh. :D you are great!
