Cat Fur and Photography...

Hello readers,

I've just started my photography course, two lessons down and 6 more plus a field trip to go :) I'm learning so much about my camera - some of it 'Duh! I can't believe I didn't know that' stuff and some 'Oh great, that's how you do it!' stuff. This weeks class was particularly enlightning (pun intended, we talked lighting!)

I'm hoping to finish off my red skirt this weekend - the zip is in and the edges have been overlocked, it's now just a case of piecing it together and figuring out how to do a button hole with my new machine (which really is luuurvely by the way).

Out take - what I look like when trying to get cat fur off my nose (does that happen to anyone else? I get cat fur stuck to my face all the time!)

Oh, I took a photography class last year, which was fun and and I had a lot of "Duh! how did I not know that?!" moments too, haha. :)

Beautiful beautiful dress!

And haha yes it does! My nose is actually a magnet for cat fluff, and I must look as though I have a pretty gross habit sometimes...

Looking forward to reading more about your photography course, too :)

That is such a beautiful dress, Jen! You have the best clothes. I look that way, too, when I'm trying to get cat fur off my face - LOL!

Gorgeous dress! What sewing machine did you get again? I have been having so many problems with mine. It is just a cheap brother machine that I have had for a few years and it is starting to give up the ghost. I think it may be time to start looking for a new one.

I forever have cat hair in my lashes. Drives me bonkers! Especially the "invisible" ones.

Re: cat hair - yes! I once had cat hair on my face when I got a visit from my landlord at my pet free house (which may have not been so pet free at the time) ... pesky little critters,
