I love the vintage sheet, always my face thrifted fabrics to use!

I made this dress for the Sew Weekly Apron theme a few weeks back! http://veronicadarling.blogspot.com/2011/04/sew-weekly-appreciate-apron.html

It wasn't the best pattern, in my opinion, as I pretty much had to alter everything to get a normal fit, but as you can see still the neckline is really plunging. Now it may have been because I'm petite sized and didn't add the seam allowances, so just take it slow and maybe try the bodice on different fabric first (like a toile or muslin)!

Good luck babes, I bet it'll look fabulous!Veronica Darling...https://www.blogger.com/profile/16416973822037394912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1921233768935126478.post-46523512988489752262011-05-12T08:31:02.032+12:002011-05-12T08:31:02.032+12:00vintage sheets are fantastic for sewing..vintage sheets are fantastic for sewing..fröken lilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11446263858027877821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1921233768935126478.post-28465273379093970302011-05-12T05:10:48.019+12:002011-05-12T05:10:48.019+12:00Oh, I love the polka dot fabric, too!
