I’ve got about three of these little cropped long sleeved jersey’s (this one, a green one and a little blue and white knitted sailor one that I think may have belonged to a small child) that I got in summer this year. I haven’t pulled them out mainly because I was waiting to get high waisted jeans to wear them with. I just can’t picture myself wearing them with a skirt – is that strange? It just seems like I’d be mixing things that shouldn’t be mixed. Maybe if I get the right skirt…

Ps) here are a few more snow pictures I took from the other day. The initial ones I took were in the morning when I woke up, these are from about an hour later, the clouds closed in and the snow started to fall in huge, heavy snowflakes…

Love the shirt! Enjoy your now-longer days for the next 6 months!
Wow, some lovely pics! I love your look here. Do you mind if I ask where you got those fabulous trousers/jeans from? I just love them and I haven't been able to source a pair myself.
Ooooh, fab. I'm really getting switched onto the 70's lately... love that knit, and the high jeans :o)
I love those jeans!
Jen, what about with a high-waisted denim pencil skirt? Would that look too strange?
The jersey is so nice...a good way to adjust to the rougher weather. And the denims are really good as well. Hum....I can picture the jersey with the right skirt, though....I think...
Oh, and I absolutely loved the white dress on the previous post. It was pretty much amazing and you look gorgeous on it!
......snooooooooooooooow! It is so beautiful. I would love for it to snow where I live at winter time....well....if we had central heating that is... :P
maybe if you find a nice highwaisted 70s corduroy or jeans skirt that hits you just at the knee? i could picture that with this lovely sweater!
thank you so much for promising to add me to your blogroll! i just added you on my bloglist as well.. have a good start into the week!
Wow, Dunedin looks chilly, brrr!
Cute outfit, I love little sweaters like that, I can never seem to pull them off! I was thinking skirt-wise, you could get away with a big full pouffy '50s style skirt, with a vintage scarf tied around the neck!
so 70's! Great!
XoXo
You look great on trousers!
Love the blouse and the purse too!

Here, in Brazil (in fact, only in São Paulo), it's so cold. I like it!! But we never had snow.

I love the look of that blouse.
And you have snow! I'm wishing I was there right now, and not in the ridiculously hot temps of Florida.
Comfy and stylish, dear.
Nice pictures.
Take care
xoxo
You look so cute and cozy! :)
I love that sweater. I think it would look really 20's-ish with a knee length pleated skirt. But the jeans look super cute too.
LOOOOVE this outfit!!
Such a bright look for the darkest day of the year! :0) Your photos are so refreshing considering it's humid and around 90 here.lol.
Cute sweater!
Cute as a vintage button! I adore your jeans, that dark, inky wash is my favourite shade for blue denim.
Wishing you a splendid Thursday,
♥ Jessica
