Where's Wally?

If you are from America you may replace 'Wally' with 'Waldo' although that just dosn't sound right!!

Winter is certainly looming – I woke up today with a blanket of fog surrounding my house, thankfully it’s now cleared up, revealing a beautiful sunny day.

24th March 09

David and I watched the finale of Battlestar Galactica last night – if you’re a closet sci-fi geek like me and actually watched it, what did you think? We now have to find another series we both enjoy to watch – David doesn’t really like many of the shows I like :)

Work is still super busy, it hasn’t really stopped so I need to keep this post short - I’ll catch you later on in the week and thanks for all your sweet comments about my glasses too!!

You make an adorable Wally/Waldo, beautiful. And we JUST put the first season of Battlestar into our Netflix queue ... excited to indulge my inner geek.

WALDO!!?? *:O Now thats just weiiiird haha. And yeah theres a certain Wally-look coming from you today.

My gosh, the weather is gorgeouuuuus doll!!! Don't stay cooped up in that office! Btw, since we're basically in the same location we should organise a meetup finally. That is, if you've scorned me yet haha.

Have a gooood one! :)

I love that outfit! That skirt looks like lots of fun with its large pockets and belt :).

It's Wally instead of Waldo in other countries? That blows the mind of my inner 6 year old.
Cute skirt, by the way.

I really like all the pieces especially the sweater!

thank goodness spring is about to be here, hopefully no cool foggy days here.

Aww, this made me laugh. A friend of mine who studied abroad in England was telling me how Waldo is known as Wally elsewhere in the world.

Love your skirt! Those pockets - oh my! :)

Thanks for the comment!

I didn't know Wally/Waldo had different names. Weird. Cute outfit.

I haven't seen the last series of Battlestar Galactica yet, we decided to wait until its out on DVD rather than watch it on the telly. We watched series 1-4 continuously over a period of about 2 months so in my mind BG is something that there is a practically limitless supply of.

I love the outfit as well - and Waldo - no! He's called Walter in Germany and Charlie in France.

You look adorable!!! :)

I'm not a huge BG fan, but I do like a fair share of other sci-fi shows (oh! how I miss the Sci-Fi channel... Alas, no cable!). ;) I guess I'm a bit of a geek too. lol!

Hah, I didn't even notice the difference between "Where's Wally" and "waldo" until you pointed it out... they both sound fine to me!! And I am a not so closeted sci-fi geek myself. My boyfriend really likes Stargate though I think it's a bit cheesy. I'm into the old Star Treks, especially Next Generation. There's also some reeaaallllyyyy good anime shows with strong sci-fi elements. I recommend Cowboy Bebop!

The extent of my sci-fi credentials is a sheepish love for Joss Whedon and everything he does. I haven't see Battlestar Galactica. And I never ever got why you would change Waldo/Wally's name. Both are pretty ridiculous to me! But you look pretty.

I just would love if you would vote for your favourite. Better if you vote for me. :)
Thank you
